We hope that every customer receives the package with thrill and satisfaction. If something comes up wrong and you can’t find an answer below, please feel free to send us a e-mail to email@example.com.
- Promos and final sale products are not applicable for return or refund, only if there is any quality issue.
- Kidzful is happy to offer free returns for a full item refund for all eligible items shipped within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be reimbursed back to your original account -- credit card or PayPal. PayPal refunds will be transferred 48 hours. Credit cards may take 5-7 business days to process.
- Returned items must be in their original conditions - unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
- If Kidzful is responsible for the wrong item, style or any quality problem,we will refund full original product price and its shipping OR resend a free replacement at our expense. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and we cannot refund shipping charges. (For free shipping case we will deduct $6.99-$10.00 in the refund).
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- If you are a gift recipient and need to make a return, then we will refund you in the form of Kidzful coupon for any future purchases on our site.
- We do NOT accept Freight To Collect (FTC) service for returns.
- If customers would like to exchange another style/color/size of the same product, they need to bear the express shipping expense: (linked to shipping information)
