SHIPPING
We offer free trackable shipping on all our orders!
Once an order is placed, our team will carefully collect your items from the clouds and package it with hugs and love, so please allow up to 48 hours for our team to pick and pack your order.
Your package will then gently be sent via our shipping suppliers, which takes 6-10 business days.
You’ll always receive an automatic order confirmation 5-10 minutes after the order has been placed, as well as an email with delivery information once the package has been shipped. If you can’t find it in your inbox, double-check the spam folder or folders other than your primary inbox.
If delivery delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as an ongoing global pandemic, the courier’s high volume of packages, or force majeure, please note that we are not responsible for any delays in the packages.
Please wait up to 15 business days before contacting customer service about a missing order.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 60 days from the delivery date. However, to be eligible for a return, please ensure that the package is in original condition. To make a return, contact us via the contact form or at info@kidzful.com and we will help you with the return process.
Please return the product to the address we will provide. We also recommend sending it back with trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for any lost packages or any errors made by the delivery company. Once we receive the product, a full refund will be issued. But keep in mind the cost of insured shipping is non refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: You are responsible for any costs that may occur as part of the return. Costs associated with the return are not refunded.
CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER
If there has been an error with the order and you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us at info@kidzful.com. If your package has already been sent, it is not possible to change/cancel the order. Unfortunately we can never guarantee that we’ll be able to change/cancel your order in time.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package has been lost or damaged in shipping we offer to send a free replacement. Please contact us at info@kidzful.com. However, we are not responsible for errors made by the customer such as adding the incorrect delivery address.

Our prices are exclusive of VAT and therefore customs and import charges may be added when the item comes from our warehouse in abroad. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees, if they occur.
